3. The Aqualand in Cologne, on Merianstraße, is magnificent and the slide fun is enjoyable for adults too.

4. A day trip to the Neuss ski hall will let you experience a day of „Have fun skiing and sledging“. The 45 km distance from the PhiLeRo Hotel Cologne is well worth it. You can rent skis and equipment on site.

5. In the Lentpark ice rink (just 7 km from the PhiLeRo Hotel) you will find a 260-metre long and 8-metre wide ice rink from September to April. Perfect for a few pirouettes.

6. In one of Cologne's famous breweries, you'll wind down the afternoon. Here you'll have a Kölsch or two and eat authentic, local Cologne home cooking. You can't go wrong here: ‚Früh im Veedel‘ in Altstadt Süd or ‚Sünner im Walfisch‘ in Altstadt.

A visit to the Chocolate Museum is also perfect for the cold season. With exciting workshops and plenty of tasters, a successful day is guaranteed. It's only 5 km from the PhiLeRo Hotel Cologne.

8. The Botanical Garden in Cologne is also just 7 km from the PhiLeRo Hotel. In winter, the tropical greenhouses or the desert house are particularly pleasant to experience. And the orangery guarantees a wonderful sea of colours even in winter.
