Europe’s largest multi-purpose arena, the LANXESS arena in Cologne, is setting new standards: 18,000 seats, 83,700 square metres of floor space, large screens for live video broadcasts, a restaurant, a bistro, bars, shops and, of course, state-of-the-art stage, sound and lighting technology. In this spacious, glass-fronted building, dominated by a 76-metre-high steel arch, all types of event are given equal prominence: sport, concerts, shows, events and entertainment. And beyond that: party conferences, annual general meetings, congresses and conferences.
