Are there parking facilities at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel offers its own underground car park with spaces for cars and occasionally for electric cars. Reservation is recommended. Parking costs €20 per night for overnight guests.

Is breakfast offered and what is included?
The breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, including vegan and gluten-free options. It is served until 10:30 AM on weekdays and until 11:00 AM on weekends.
Can external guests also come for breakfast? What does it cost and do you need to reserve?
Yes, external guests are also very welcome. The price is the same as for overnight guests at EUR 25.00 per adult. Prior registration is recommended, but not mandatory.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets (e.g. dogs) are welcome for a fee (approx. €15/night). There is no charge for assistance dogs.
Are there rooms with accessible facilities?
Yes, accessible rooms and lifts are available. The public areas are also largely wheelchair accessible.

Depending on the room and seating arrangement, events can be held for 10 to 90 people.
What technical equipment is available in the conference rooms?
The hotel offers modern conference technology, such as projectors, screens for projection, speakers, flip charts, pin boards, Wi-Fi, and, upon request, microphones or further conferencing technology for hybrid meetings.
Are there conference packages or special business offers?
Yes, various conference packages are offered, including catering, coffee breaks and room hire. Current prices and services should be enquired about directly with the hotel. There are various packages for half-day or full-day events.

What is the cost of using the underground car park? Can conference attendees also park there?
Yes, parking is also available for external conference attendees in the underground car park – subject to availability. For day guests using the underground car park until 5:00 PM, there is a charge of €14. Overnight guests pay €20 per night (exit by 12:00 PM on the day of departure). €3 will be charged for every additional, part-hour. Use of the electric charging station is charged at €20 per day.
Is the hotel family-friendly?
Yes, children are very welcome. Cots and family rooms are available.

The LANXESS Arena, Cologne Zoo, Cologne Cathedral, and the Old Town are all easily accessible, either by car or public transport.
