Since April 2003, Hard Rock Café Cologne has offered traditional American cuisine in a rock ‘n' roll atmosphere to up to 375 guests over two floors, directly on Heumarkt: spare ribs, grilled specialities, and the legendary Hard Rock Burgers. Everything is freshly prepared and, where possible, made with regional products. The whole experience is framed by unique pieces from the company's globally unparalleled memorabilia collection. Visitors can admire mementos from artists such as Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, the Black Eyed Peas, or Nina Hagen on site.

An integrated stage offers musicians from all over the world the chance to present themselves live to an audience interested in music. Bands and artists such as Robin Beck, Little Steven, Evanescence, Scorpions + Michael Schenker, Cat Ballou, and Brings have already played here. Events such as the launch of Activision's „Guitar Hero Metallica“ in the presence of Metallica in 2009 or the Scorpions' aftershow party in November 2010 provide successful variety in the café's portfolio. In addition to burgers and authentic entertainment, Hard Rock International has placed great value on charitable activities since its inception: local commitment is just as important as global initiatives. Regular programmes for charitable causes such as PINKTOBER™ will continue to help support charity programmes like Susan G. Komen Germany e.V.
